In recognition of your good will, we would like to announce our Referral Rewards Programs. Now there are two different ways to be rewarded for your support!
Word of Mouth Referral
When you refer a new patient to our office, be sure to tell them to let us know who sent them! For every word of mouth referral, you will receive a retail gift card.
Send A Friend
"If you see a friend without a smile, give them one of yours"
We are pleased to introduce our new "Send A Friend" referral rewards program. This is a program that rewards both you and the new patient starting treatment. Simply fill out the "Send A Friend" card from our office and have your friend present this at their first visit. When your friend starts orthodontic treatment, you will receive a $25 retail gift card and they will receive $25 off their treatment.
